CARBON DIOXIDE TAX

Climate change in one form or another exists, and has existed for time immemorial, and unless all the water in the world was to freeze and stay frozen, or all the water was to escape our atmosphere, climate change will continue to occur.

What has changed?

Back in history, if the climate in one location was not bearable by man or any other creature, they moved to another location.

Today, many expect to adapt the environment rather than adapt to the environment. Air conditioning, artificial water reticulation, levee banks for example contribute to this notion.

The industry that has emerged under the guise of “climate change” is substantial. There are a lot of people reliant on government grants. I am not aware of any grants going to persons or organizations deemed to be skeptics.

THE GREENS

I would openly welcome the greens getting involved in direct action.

For example :-

·         Not catch planes flying all over the place. We have the internet for communication purposes.

·         Ride their bikes instead of using government transport

·         Be more active in preserving forests all over the world. Trees need carbon dioxide to grow. Natural capture and storage.

·         Insist that water from the Murray Darling Basin be efficiently used within the basin (say within 5km of river) and not for cropping on laser leveled flood irrigated pastures.
